HOME BANKING
Click on the Home Banking link and go to your log in screen.  You will be prompted to enter your user ID(member number) and Access PIN(last 4 digits of social security number.)  You will be forced to change that number to your preference. From there you will be able to access all account balances, make transfers, request a check and check on share draft clearings.  Also, you will be able to pull your IRS tax information or calculate a loan payment.

AUDIO TELLER is now at your fingertips.  Dial 1-608-782-2466 and you may access your account in various ways.  For example: Check share draft and loan balances, transfer from share to share draft, draft clearing, deposits made, request a check from shares to be mailed to you and various other activities.

You must have a touch-tone phone to utilize the Audio Teller.  Please check your member number in the upper right hand corner on your statement before calling.  You must have an accurate number to access any of your accounts.  Also, the basic share account is 1 and share draft is 55.  Christmas account is 401 and loans will vary so you must look at your most recent statement to find your loan number.  (Example 821, 831, 842, 911, etc.)

This service will be available 24 hours a day.  Checks requested over nite will be mailed out the next business day.

Enter your PIN followed by the # key.
(First time only - this is the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number)
Change to your own personal choice of 4 digits - this Audio PIN will remain the same now until you want it changed.
